Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Kindra product. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at hello@kindracompany.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@kindracompany.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@kindracompany.com and we'll ship the correct item right away.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank. Then contact us at hello@kindracompany.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, used pet grooming products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
