ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? Most of our products ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–5 business days. Some products ship from our international warehouse and may take 8–12 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all US orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $8 standard or $15 express.
Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations need to be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us at hello@kindracompany.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@kindracompany.com and we'll make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us at hello@kindracompany.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take? Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Are your products safe for all pets? All Kindra products are designed for dogs and cats unless otherwise noted. If you have questions about whether a specific product is right for your pet's size, age, or temperament, reach out and we'll help you decide.
How do I clean the products? Most Kindra products are dishwasher safe or rinse clean in seconds. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
